Desha County Circuit Clerk and Recorder. The Circuit Clerk and Recorder is the keeper of records for the Arkansas Circuit Courts and ex-officio recorder of the county. Desha County is in the tenth judicial district. The administrative duties of the Circuit Clerk are to maintain a record of all proceedings of the circuit courts and to prepare the dockets for these courts. This includes maintaining a file of the cases pending, as well as all past court cases and their disposition.
Madison County is located in Northwest Arkansas. As of 2010, the population was 15,717. The county seat is Huntsville. The county was formed on September 30, 1836, and named for James Madison, President of the United States.
